About Us

Mountains Projects is a community interest company, created for black, asian and minority ethnic women, aged 18+ who are experiencing or surviving domestic abuse.


Our mission is to make a difference in our community, by committing to offer temporary supported accommodation with additional essential aid.

The Founders story

How we started:

Mountains Projects was created at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. After reading and researching about the effects of lockdown on women and children, the founders decided that they were going to get involved and provide support to these women and girls in their difficult situations.
